Planning Applications have become increasingly complex over recent years with extensive validation requirements, often protracted determination periods, culminating in planning committees.

Planning Appraisals

We can review a potential acquisition or existing site/portfolio and deliver a comprehensive review of the policy status, land designations and heritage/environmental considerations.

Ferio has dealt with a high volume of applications to amend schemes post-planning and can help to navigate this process in the most efficient manger, through non-material or material amendments.

AMENDMENTS TO PERMISSIONS

PRIOR APPROVAL APPLICATIONS

Unconsented development may be immune to enforcement action by virtue of its existence for a specified period of time without enforcement action, provided there has not been concealment.

Ferio has a breadth of experience in prior approvals and an in-depth knowledge of the complex rights within the General Permitted Development Order (GPDO).

Whilst planning appeals are a last-resort, they can be a useful option where there is a poor planning decision, or where a scheme is ambitious.

We recognise that sometimes things don’t go to plan and there are numerous reasons why homeowners or developers may need support dealing with enforcement matters.
