50 Flats in Leatherhead

This is a new build scheme in an existing car park, to the rear of a site where Lotte had previously gained permission for 47 flats, bringing the total across the site to 97 flats. Lotte’s involvement in this site began during her time at Jaspar Group when she advised on the site’s capacity and design development of an ambitious five storey scheme. Following previous refusals on the site, the Ferio team submitted an appeal against a local refusal at committee. The appeal is pending.

Barn Conversion to 7 houses

The principle of residential conversion had been established by Class Q prior approval applications for conversion to 5 units. Ferio then secured full planning permission for the conversion of the barns to 7 units, underpinned by the fallback position of the Class Q prior approvals. Phase 2 of the project will see adjacent barns converted to residential subject to planning which is ongoing.

Planning Appeal on Householder Scheme

This scheme was an ambitious and high-end redesign of a prominent dwelling in the London Borough of Hackney. Lotte secured a local permission following previous refusals, but also ran an appeal simultaneously that was subsequently approved.
